Our scaffold boards fully comply with the standards issued by the British Standards Institute and are monitored for quality under the ISO9003 accreditation. The BSI licence is applicable to both visually graded boards and machine graded boards. All BS2482:1981 scaffold boards are marked with the following information, which is embossed on to the end plates:

• BS2482 and the BSI Kite mark
  
• The letters VG (Visually Graded) or MG (Machine Graded)as specified by the customer
  
• Customer details (if applicable)
  
• The words 'support every l.5m max'

Size Range (38mm x 225mm) includes:

• 13ft (3.9m) tooth type end band
• 10ft (3.0m) tooth type end band
• 8ft (2.4m) tooth type end band
• 6ft (1.8m) nailed end bands using clout nail 30mm x 3mm
• 5ft (1.5m) nailed end bands using clout nail 30mm x 3mm

FIRE RETARDANCY - CHEMICAL IMPREGNATION TECHNIQUES
Flame and fire retardant scaffold boards are also available from our range. Using chemical impregnation techniques, both the flame and fire retardant treatments are guaranteed 'leach free'. Suitable fire retardant treatments are Dricon and Pyroguard as recommended by the National Access and Scaffolding Confederation (NASC).
